Format streaming thoughts across handlers with a 'T>' prefix and add syntax highlighting. In chat buffers, prepend the active model name to answer prefixes and properly clear pending prefixes when streaming thoughts or tool outputs to visually separate reasoning traces from responses. Introduce a UI preferences section to the global configuration, allowing users to customize syntax highlight colors for prompts, thoughts, status messages, errors, and tool execution notices. Highlight setup is now centralized in a shared utility function, and preferences can be edited or reset interactively in the global configuration manager. Format streamed thoughts with a 'T> ' prefix and DarkGray syntax highlighting across chat, code, review, and thoughts buffers to visually distinguish model reasoning from regular output. Additionally, prepend the active model name to the chat answer prefix (e.g., 'model> ') and handle transitions between thoughts, tool outputs, and response chunks cleanly so prefixes are placed on the appropriate lines.
