Updates the "Connecting to Trino" page to name our own ODBC driver.
And it links to the (at the time of writing yet to be merged) Power BI guide in the platform docs.
Merge after stackabletech/documentation#963, which adds that guide or ...not because it's nighly and it'll fix itself.
