This pull request includes minor updates to dependencies, workflow configuration, and some code improvements for better async handling and version tracking. The main focus is on updating dependencies and ensuring proper asynchronous execution in the codebase.

Dependency and version updates:

  • Updated several development dependencies in package.json, including @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin, @typescript-eslint/parser, chai, eslint, and mocha to their latest versions.
  • Bumped the project version from 4.6.1 to 4.6.2 in both package.json and sonar-project.properties. [1] [2]

CI/CD workflow improvements:

  • Updated the SonarCloud scan action in .github/workflows/master.yml and .github/workflows/sonar.yml from version v8.2.2 to v8.3.0 for improved scanning and compatibility. [1] [2]

Code quality and async handling:

  • Ensured asynchronous functions are properly awaited or invoked with void in src/client.js and src/lib/remoteAuth.js to avoid unhandled promise rejections. [1] [2]
  • Updated test setup calls in tests/playground/index.js to use await with setupSwitcher for correct async flow in test functions. [1] [2] [3]
