ci: remove unsupported linux - #352

The Linux distribution versions that reached their end of LTS support and caused CI failures were removed from the CI.

The CMake 3.15.3 pin was a workaround for tarantool/checks#64. Tarantool master now requires CMake 3.18 or newer, so the pinned version breaks `tt install tarantool master`. Drop the pin and use CMake provided by the runner image.
