Drop Debian Bullseye variants - #39

Debian 11 LTS ended on 2026-08-31 and its security packages now 404 on deb.debian.org, so every bullseye build fails. Node 16 and 18 (EOL) had no trixie variant and are dropped with it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Debian 11 (bullseye) LTS ended on 2026-08-31. Its security packages now return 404 on
deb.debian.org, so all 24 bullseye CI jobs fail atapt-get install.This PR removes:
Dockerfile.*bullseye*files and their generation lines inorbit.ymlv2-24-trixie)The Makefile test targets now build trixie, and
test-latestpoints to Node 26.Impact: Node 16 and 18 (both EOL) had no trixie variant, so this PR stops building them. Existing bullseye tags stay on DockerHub and GHCR but will no longer be updated. Users should switch to the
