docs: fix \&H80000012 — button text, not button face - #246

Corrects the TranslateColor documentation which misidentified \&H80000012 as 'button face'. Per SystemColorConstants.md, \&H80000012 is vbButtonText (button text). Button face is \&H8000000F (vbButtonFace). Fixes twinbasic#245.
