Follow-up to #354.

What changed

• Plugin pictures on the home page: the new "Plugins" part of the home page (txoof's commit "add plugin header", carried over from the old 350-menu-names branch) now shows four plugins in a two-by-two grid: Word clock, Weather (met_no), Moon phase and xkcd. Each picture and name links to the plugin's page, and a "See all plugins" link follows. The pictures are the ones the plugin gallery already uses (default layout on the 9.7" screen), so no new files are stored. On a phone the grid becomes one column.
• The "plugins" link in that text now opens the plugin gallery (plugins/index.md) instead of the Plugin reference.
• md_in_html switched on in mkdocs.yml: it lets Markdown be used inside the grid's HTML block.
• Plugins as its own menu section: this was asked for in Manual menu: names match the home page, menu folds open, Previous/Next links #354 but pushed three minutes after Manual menu: names match the home page, menu folds open, Previous/Next links #354 was merged, so it never reached main. The menu is now Home, Getting started, Plugins, Reference, For developers, and the home page outline has a Plugins heading too.
