feat: align QtRequester/QtDownloader UI with HTML prototypes - #3

Two-line history items with colored method badges and relative time; sidebar stacks history and collections together; dynamic branded footer status bar (requests count, environment, shortcut); request tabs default to Params; JSON demo response keeps key order with syntax highlighting; add QT_REQUESTER_DEMO/QT_REQUESTER_SHOT automation hooks and QT_PRECISION_THEME override for reproducible screenshots; verified against HTML prototype in light and dark themes; test.bat 9/9 passed
