The update_readmes.py file should also probably list out dirs without a readme.md file.

Exactly that, list out all dirs without README.md.

I could write a script to do it, or have a file to do it in the repository.

I would like to do this one.
Would you like it as a separate file or as a function in Update_readmes.py?
