Replaces the five per-plugin .editorconfig files with one at plugins/.editorconfig. Editors look for .editorconfig in parent folders, so every plugin, and hwp-cli, which had none, picks it up. Nothing is generated or copied.

Which settings

The copies came in two variants:

• hwp-documents, hwp-previews, wpgraphql-logging: tabs for everything. That includes YAML, which doesn't allow tab indentation.
• wpgraphql-debug-extensions, wpgraphql-webhooks: tabs by default, 2-space Markdown and YAML, tabs for JSON, and no whitespace trimming in .txt files.

The shared file uses the second variant. No plugin YAML file is tab-indented today, so it matches how the files are already written.

Scope

It lives in plugins/, not the repo root, so the example apps under examples/ and packages/ keep their own styles. Each plugin's old .editorconfig was already root = true and covered its own examples/ folder, so nothing inside the plugins changes scope. Zips don't change either, because .editorconfig is excluded from them.
