Compiling with clang 22 (Fedora 44) results in an undefined reference to __atomic_compare_exchange when linking rtapi_app. It requires linking with the -latomic library.

The reason is in the use of boost::lockfree::queue in uspace_rtapi_main.cc, which, apparently, cannot operate without the atomic library when using clang.
