Use the runtime's early, verified transfer admission to consume the handoff under the same destination connection UUID. Compare the admission to the authenticated profile and current proxy; enabling the flag requires the matching runtime bridge.
Unknown consume responses abort the bound admission and clean only the exact destination lease. A disconnected player does not retain a newly accepted lease. Each source connection can issue only one outgoing transfer. With the feature flag off, the existing unreserved handoff path remains available.
Validation: spotless and complete plugin-player suite, including actual loopback HTTP tests for bound consume, uncertain-result abort/cleanup and duplicate source sends, plus profile/proxy bridge checks.
Requires the additive service-player admission/abort API and matching container runtime before GROUNDS_TRANSFER_ADMISSION_ENABLED is enabled. No live activation is included.
The shared issuance budget is requested only when the source early-admission flag is enabled. Complete suite: 130 tests.
