/proxy hops currently send a raw transfer after staging their destination hint. Route that send through PlayerSessionTransfer so every hop carries the same verified session handoff as region moves and drains. If the provider or issuance is unavailable, report the failed hop while the player remains connected.
Validation: spotless and complete plugin-proxy suite (213 tests). Static audit confirms host sends use the session-transfer provider.
Compatible with existing unreserved handoffs; deploy matching plugin-player and admission-capable runtime before enabling the early gate.
